I love avocados! They’re healthy, and there are so many different ways to eat them. Did you know they are sometimes referred to as an alligator pear?

Avocados are high in Vitamin K and folate as well as containing Vitamin B, C and E, potassium and magnesium. Hey also have a lot of healthy fats that we need.

One of my favorite ways to incorporate avocados into my diet is to put in on sandwich. It can be added to any sandwich or salad. I like to mash mine, so it’s more spreadable. I add a little salt snd pepper, and I spread that on toast. I’ll add a slice of cheese sometimes, some spinach and then top it off with an egg and then drizzle some hot sauce. It’s so yummy and is great for any meal!
